Tamika’s bringing down of the helicopter reminds me of two incidents:
1- When young Cecil plays back the cassette tape and hears himself talking about uncovering the mirror (and his nearly violent reaction in destroying the tape afterwards)
2- Kevin’s desk in the Desert Bluffs radio station (perhaps the blood wasn’t randomly placed and was a spell against StrexCorp? Perhaps StrexCorp was on the hunt for Kevin and Cecil during the sandstorm?)
It’s very interesting here to see Cecil almost call the people of NightVale to war. Up until now, he’s been very congenial, if not towing the company line. But something about Tamika sparks something inside of him and it will be very interesting to see what kind of deprogramming he goes through (if any at all).
I want to enjoy the Sing-Off but it’s like pressing a sore spot in your gums with your tongue.
Do they have the volunteer Handel’s Messiah sing-a-long events in your city?
I don’t think so? I also don’t remember Messiah well enough, but I don’t just want to do it once a year. I think it’s good that when I look back into going to school that I’m looking into doing musical theater/voice with film. I think it’s the right thing because I shouldn’t burn with bitter anger just because others are singing chorally on television.
